Finance Manager – Lead Finance Operations & Governance

About the role

This Finance Manager position will lead the finance function for a fast‑growing organisation with revenues exceeding $100 million. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will ensure robust financial governance while supporting strategic expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance operations including fixed assets, inventory, treasury and intercompany accounting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and produce accurate financial and management reports.
• Prepare statutory financial statements, manage audits and tax compliance (GST, transfer pricing).
• Support group consolidation activities, intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
• Strengthen internal controls, finance policies and governance frameworks.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on budgeting, cash‑flow management and strategic decision‑making.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with audit background.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, group consolidation and multi‑entity environments.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing a small finance team.
• Business‑focused mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
