About the role
A Finance Officer for Management Accounting and Asset Liability Management (ALM) manages internal financial reporting, balance sheet optimization, and interest rate risk tracking. The role supports balance sheet analysis, liquidity tracking, and management reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management P&L and variance analysis
- Track Net Interest Margin (NIM) drivers and business unit performance
- Assist annual budgeting and revenue forecasting
- Monitor bank liquidity and interest rate risk exposures
- Support Transfer Pricing (FTP) and balance sheet dynamics
- Prepare data for Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) meetings
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 2–3 years experience in finance, treasury, or balance sheet analysis
Required skills
- Advanced Excel
- Financial modelling
