Financial Analyst – Regional Finance Operations

About the role

This position offers a finance professional the chance to broaden regional exposure beyond traditional FP&A duties. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will support strategic decision‑making at group level through financial planning, reporting, and consolidation of overseas entities.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of overseas entities in line with group reporting requirements and IFRS standards.
• Prepare accurate management reports, performance analyses and executive reporting packs for senior leadership.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities across regional business units.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate investment decisions and business initiatives.
• Analyse revenue, profitability, working capital and operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to enhance financial visibility and support decision‑making.
• Contribute to process automation, reporting enhancements and continuous‑improvement projects using finance systems and analytical tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in FP&A, audit, accounting, financial reporting or commercial finance.
• Experience with financial consolidation, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial planning or reporting systems.
• Excellent analytical, financial modelling and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
