Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – West Southeast Asia

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A activities across its West Southeast Asia division, covering five countries. The role will drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting while partnering closely with finance and business teams to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the division’s financial close, forecast, and variance analysis against budget, prior year, and key business drivers.
• Develop and maintain standardized financial reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
• Support strategic planning sessions, prepare presentations for senior leadership, and produce ad‑hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with finance business partners to align budget and forecasting cycles with cross‑functional priorities.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and analytical tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance, technology, and process improvement.
• Experience in multi‑country environments and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to provide insightful commentary on financial performance and risks.
