Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join a leading multinational consumer‑goods organization. The role is pivotal in driving budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance reporting, while delivering strategic insights that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
• Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights for decision‑making.
• Analyse business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and develop financial models.
• Deliver recommendations to optimise results and support budget management.
• Collaborate with Finance Controlling, Supply Planning and shared services to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or finance business partnering, preferably in FMCG or consumer‑goods.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
