About the role
Accor, in partnership with a leading airline, is looking for a proactive Food & Beverage Executive to manage daily operations of its lounge buffet at Changi Airport. You will ensure a seamless dining experience for travelers by keeping buffet stations stocked, tables clean, and service standards high.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and replenish buffet stations to maintain consistent food availability and presentation.
- Clear used dishes, cutlery and glassware from tables efficiently.
- Reset tables quickly and neatly for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and buffet areas.
- Assist guests with basic inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Support stock control and proper storage of food and beverage supplies.
- Comply with food hygiene, safety, and handling regulations.
- Assist with setup and closing duties for buffet service.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, hotel, lounge or food & beverage operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
