Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Figment is looking for a hands‑on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the cleaning operations across its boutique heritage shophouse portfolio in Singapore. You will ensure every home meets boutique‑hotel standards, manage the housekeeping team and external vendors, and continuously improve turnover efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule the housekeeping team across all Figment shophouses, including training and daily oversight.
• Execute move‑in and move‑out turnovers, coordinating linen, towels, essentials and delivering a spotless studio on schedule.
• Conduct daily and weekly inspections of studios, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas, coaching staff to resolve issues immediately.
• Maintain and update Figment housekeeping SOPs for interiors and building façades.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen and consumables, monitoring par levels and reordering as needed.
• Liaise with approved cleaning vendors, ensuring compliance with standards and service agreements.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and highly organized with a passion for heritage architecture.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to follow up on operational tasks.
• Comfortable managing rosters, checklists and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for coaching staff and negotiating with contractors.
