About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our island‑wide restaurant operations in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering superior service, managing staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate daily management operations across all outlets.
Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximise customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
Organise and supervise shift schedules, including night shifts.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.

Required profile

Proven work experience in a similar managerial role.
Strong customer service experience as a manager.
Extensive food and beverage knowledge to guide customers and staff.
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
Acute financial management skills.
