Food & Beverage Service Executive – Grand Lobby

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Executive will lead the service team in the Grand Lobby of Raffles Hotel Singapore, ensuring a seamless and luxurious dining experience for guests. This role combines proactive leadership with hands‑on service to uphold the high standards of the iconic venue.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Grand Lobby restaurant, including set‑up, service, and breakdown.
• Assist the Outlet Manager in coaching staff to achieve the highest service and product standards.
• Take guest orders, promote menu items, and ensure accurate entry into the POS system.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout each course and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, silverware, glassware, and side stations.
• Verify orders before sending tickets to the kitchen and ensure correct billing.
• Promote a personalized experience by remembering guest preferences and using guest names appropriately.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
