About the role
We are seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage daily operations at our seafood restaurant. The role involves overseeing inventory, menu preparation, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Verify and endorse all incoming products and raw materials.
- Assist in the preparation and design of food and drink menus.
- Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to design and taste.
- Prepare, wash, peel, chop, and cut food ingredients.
- Maintain clean and hygienic food preparation areas and enforce sanitation regulations.
- Resolve issues promptly and manage problematic situations.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers.
Required profile
- Willingness to work night shifts, split shifts, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work extra hours during peak periods.
- Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
