Frontend Software Engineer – Payment (TikTok LIVE)

About the role

Join TikTok LIVE’s frontend team to build secure and seamless payment experiences for millions of users. You will work on web and hybrid applications that power TikTok Wallet and the Money Platform, collaborating across regions to deliver high‑performance, stable products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop web applications for TikTok Wallet and Money Platform, ensuring security, stability, and efficiency.
• Design and implement high‑performance user experiences with a focus on quality and system reliability.
• Contribute to infrastructure and engineering solutions that support TikTok LIVE’s business tools.
• Optimize remote and cross‑regional collaboration to accelerate business iteration and growth.

Required profile

• Solid front‑end programming skills with experience solving browser compatibility issues.
• Proven ability to optimise front‑end performance.
• Understanding of front‑end engineering, component development and basic design principles.
• Familiarity with at least one MV* framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Excellent service awareness, learning ability, communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient English for effective teamwork.
