About the role
As a Sales Advisor you will deliver an excellent customer experience while contributing to store sales and profit. You will assist shoppers, share product and fashion knowledge, and help maintain an inviting store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide great customer experience.
- Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments to maximise selling opportunities.
- Process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
- Open, unpack and label merchandise with security tags.
- Support customer purchases and returns at the register.
Required profile
- Team player with proactive, helpful approach and positive mindset.
- Flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances and customer needs.
- Communicative and socially confident.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising or customer service.
- Effective time management and stress‑resistance.
- Customer‑service mindset and brand ambassador attitude.
- Interest in fashion trends and knowledge of fashion.
- Sales‑oriented attitude with ability to meet customer needs.
