FX Advisor – AVP

About the role

The FX Advisor – AVP will help OCBC’s customers navigate foreign exchange markets, providing tailored advice for their international transactions. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver solutions that align with market trends and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on foreign exchange transactions and market developments.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and goals.
• Analyse market data and trends to identify opportunities and risks for clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement FX strategies.
• Stay current with market developments, regulatory changes, and product innovations.

Required profile

• A degree in finance, economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a banking or financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
