Global Last Mile Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Global Last Mile Operations Specialist to manage order dispatching, monitor in‑transit shipments and drive data‑based improvements for our Singapore operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order dispatch from overseas ERP systems to logistics partners’ platforms, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Resolve order dispatch failures and data discrepancies by coordinating with warehouse and IT teams.
• Optimize ERP order‑to‑logistics‑channel matching rules based on business requirements and conduct regular testing.
• Monitor real‑time status of last‑mile shipments, identify exceptions and proactively address tickets with carriers and customer service.
• Develop standardized workflows for recurring issues such as customs clearance and delivery failures.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports on exception types, volumes and resolution progress.
• Investigate root causes of ticket surges and propose optimization strategies.
• Track key performance metrics (e.g., delivery timelines, exception rates) and drive corrective actions.
