Global PR Manager – AI Product

About the role

Vocalbeats is seeking a Global PR Manager to shape and amplify the brand narrative for its AI‑driven products. You will lead public relations strategy across key international markets, act as a company spokesperson, and manage the official social media channels to ensure consistent messaging and strong audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global public relations strategy covering media relations, brand communications, and thought leadership.
• Serve as a spokesperson, handling media outreach, press release planning, interview coordination, and media events.
• Manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms, overseeing content planning, copywriting, publishing cadence, and performance tracking.
• Plan and oversee content strategy for PR and social channels, including announcements, product updates, executive communications, and crisis responses.
• Monitor public sentiment, conduct social listening, and identify reputational risks, crafting response and crisis communication plans.
• Identify and develop B2B partnership opportunities, nurturing collaborations with technology platforms and ecosystem partners.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and support external partnerships and related procurement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global public relations, media relations, and brand communications.
• Strong ability to act as a spokesperson and manage media interactions.
• Expertise in managing corporate social media channels and measuring engagement.
• Experience in content strategy, thought leadership, and crisis communication.
• Ability to monitor public sentiment and respond to reputational risks.
• Track record of building and managing B2B partnerships.
