Global Supplier Quality Manager (Healthtech Segment)

About the role

Celestica is seeking a Global Supplier Quality Manager for its Healthtech segment. The role will lead the Supplier Quality team, ensuring that all external and vertically‑integrated suppliers meet industry, customer and Celestica standards while supporting a Zero Defect culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the Global Supplier Quality (GSQ) team.
• Monitor and translate customer and Celestica requirements into clear expectations for suppliers and sub‑suppliers.
• Lead quality planning during new product introductions, launches, transitions and major process changes.
• Conduct risk‑based supplier audits (on‑site or virtual) and drive corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve global supplier quality processes and documentation.
• Report supplier performance metrics and key issues to senior management.
• Collaborate with site representatives, commodity teams and suppliers to resolve root‑cause issues.
• Identify systemic risks and drive supplier quality development initiatives.
• Facilitate supplier education on core quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans and 8D.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong background in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820.
• Hands‑on knowledge of electronic and mechanical assembly processes.
• Extensive experience conducting quality audits; Lead Auditor certification preferred.
