Procurement Cell Leader

About the role

As a Procurement Cell Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we source, manage and partner with our suppliers. You will work closely with teams across the business to identify opportunities, solve commercial challenges and deliver procurement strategies that improve cost, quality, supplier performance, and business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies, sourcing plans and procurement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Lead supplier selection, RFx (RFI/RFQ/RFP) processes, tender exercises and commercial evaluations to achieve best value.
• Negotiate commercial terms, Master Service Agreements, Long‑Term Agreements and other procurement contracts.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships through performance reviews, continuous improvement and development initiatives.
• Drive cost‑reduction, value engineering and demand consolidation initiatives to optimise spend.
• Conduct supplier and supply‑chain risk assessments to ensure business continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline; CIPS/CPSM is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in strategic sourcing, category management or procurement strategy are also encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of RFx/tender management, supplier selection and contract negotiation (MSA/LTA) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of supplier performance management, cost reduction, governance, compliance and risk management.
• Technical procurement experience in manufacturing, aerospace, engineering or related technical categories.
