Graphic Designer – Lifestyle Portfolio (Hotel & F&B)

About the role

The Graphic Designer – Lifestyle Portfolio will create visual communications and creative assets for the lifestyle‑led portfolios of Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford. The role supports the Marketing Communications team, translating campaign briefs into brand‑aligned, commercially effective designs across print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt creative assets for hotel, F&B, lifestyle, spa, events and partnership initiatives across print, digital and in‑house channels.
• Maintain brand consistency for Fairmont, Swissôtel, Accor and partner/IP guidelines, including typography, logo usage, imagery, layout, colour treatment and tone.
• Develop visual concepts, key visuals, menus, posters, social templates, EDM visuals, website banners and presentation assets.
• Support PR‑led campaigns, restaurant launches, guest activations and special events with strong visual storytelling.
• Prepare print‑ready and digital‑ready files, coordinate with printers, vendors and internal stakeholders, and review proofs for quality and brand compliance.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related discipline.
• Minimum 4–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, retail, luxury or creative agency environments.
• Strong attention to detail, file‑management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a service‑oriented mindset and interest in hospitality and dining.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Motion graphics and video‑editing capabilities (advantageous).
• Ability to leverage AI‑enabled design tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
