Group Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

The Group Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) sits on the Group Executive Committee and drives the commercial strategy for a fast‑growing coliving and coworking platform across Asia‑Pacific. The role oversees revenue growth, occupancy, pricing, distribution, sales, customer acquisition, partnerships and new revenue streams, balancing short‑term performance with long‑term brand and margin objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an integrated commercial strategy for all coliving, coworking and related lifestyle assets.
• Align markets, properties and channels around clear customer segments, differentiated propositions and disciplined pricing.
• Build a scalable commercial engine that links market intelligence, product positioning, revenue management, sales, marketing, distribution and customer lifecycle management.
• Lead consumer and enterprise sales, pricing, revenue management, digital acquisition, strategic partnerships and retention initiatives across all operating countries.
• Provide commercial input for new market entry, property openings, portfolio optimisation and development of new propositions.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in hospitality, real‑estate or high‑growth technology‑enabled businesses.
• Strong track record of delivering profitable revenue growth and managing complex, multi‑market commercial operations.
• Ability to institutionalise commercial capabilities and shift from entrepreneurial judgement to disciplined processes.
• Strategic thinker with analytical rigor and a customer‑centric mindset.
