Group Finance Manager

About the role

Triple-A is seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, consolidation and controls for its multi‑entity crypto and stablecoin payment platform. Reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with finance teams, auditors and cross‑functional partners across Singapore, France, the USA, Hong Kong, Dubai and Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing for all entities, ensuring accurate financial statements and consolidated reports.
• Oversee group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, foreign‑currency translation and elimination entries.
• Maintain and enforce financial controls, reconciling internal transaction records, bank accounts, wallets and payment providers.
• Monitor corporate cash, client funds and liquidity across currencies and payment providers, identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts and variance analysis, supporting pricing decisions and new partnership assessments.
• Lead regulatory capital, liquidity and safeguarding reporting for licensed entities and respond to regulator or banking inquiries.
• Drive automation of reporting and reconciliation processes in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Guide finance team members and local service providers, documenting procedures and ensuring clear ownership.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CA, CPA or ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial closing, group reporting and controls within a multi‑entity organization.
• Background in payments, fintech, banking or other regulated financial services.
• Strong understanding of group consolidation, intercompany accounting, foreign‑currency translation and merchant settlement processes.
• Experience with crypto or stablecoin payments, wallets and blockchain transaction records is an advantage.
• Proven ability to investigate discrepancies, exercise sound judgment and proactively raise concerns.
• Experience coordinating finance activities across jurisdictions and working with overseas auditors and service providers.
