Growth Lead – Manager, Cross‑Border Segment

About the role

The Growth Lead will own the end‑to‑end acquisition, activation and retention strategy for HL Bank Singapore’s cross‑border segment, driving customer growth and CASA mix in line with the bank’s regional ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute user acquisition, activation and retention programmes for the Malaysia‑Singapore cross‑border offering.
• Own core commercial growth metrics and monitor market, competitive and regulatory trends.
• Define and refine the unique value proposition beyond pricing, highlighting digital onboarding, rewards and low FX.
• Plan and run growth marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, measuring ROI.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate strategic ecosystem partnerships (telcos, education providers, lifestyle brands, payment providers) and integrate partner offerings.
• Act as business owner for cross‑border digital features, translating customer pain points into a product roadmap and collaborating with Product and UX/UI teams.
• Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour, build dashboards and use insights to optimise messaging and channel mix.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth marketing, user acquisition and retention within a financial services or digital product environment.
• Strong track record of building and managing strategic partnerships that enhance a value proposition.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into actionable growth strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across marketing, product, UX/UI and external partners.
