Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to drive acquisition for Base360.ai, an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. You will own one or more growth channels, experiment rapidly, and turn insights into scalable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end growth strategies across paid ads, SEO, outbound, content and referral channels.
• Generate qualified leads and sign‑ups by building and optimizing funnels and landing pages.
• Run fast experiments on audiences, copy, offers and funnels; scale winning tactics and discontinue under‑performing ones.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting and automation.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth initiatives.
• Track, analyse and report on all metrics, turning data into clear growth narratives.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly master new channels and tools.
• Highly motivated, self‑directed and comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Passion for growth marketing and a desire to become an expert in the field.
