Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a flexible and versatile Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our inbound sales channels across Singapore. The role will involve crafting and executing strategies that attract qualified traffic and convert prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic.
• Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns from ideation through execution.
• Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels including content creation, PPC, events, publicity, social media, and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Produce engaging website and blog content that attracts and converts target audiences.
• Build strategic partnerships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Prepare, monitor, and allocate the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Oversee and approve all marketing materials, from digital banners to printed brochures.
• Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance against goals.
• Adjust email and advertising campaigns based on consumer behavior insights.

Required profile

• Demonstrable marketing experience with a proactive learning attitude.
• Proven ability to identify target audiences and lead multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong numerical literacy and comfort working with metrics and spreadsheets.
• Aesthetic sense with a passion for compelling copy and witty communication.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of online marketing trends and measurement best practices.
