Guest Experience Expert – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert delivers memorable, personalized service to guests throughout their stay at a luxury hotel. You will guide guests, respond to requests, and ensure every interaction feels seamless and part of the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of services that assist guests from check‑in to check‑out.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain professional appearance, communication, and confidentiality at all times.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
