About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional waitress to welcome guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and deliver prompt service while maintaining a clean and tidy dining environment.

Key responsibilities

Greet and attend to customers in a courteous manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.
Assist customers with menu enquiries and provide basic information.
Prepare and clear tables before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness of the dining and service areas.
Process customer bills and payments accurately when required.
Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth service.
