Guest Services Executive

About the role

The Guest Services Executive will be part of the Front Office team at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, handling the Front Desk, Executive Lounge and Concierge areas. You will ensure seamless, friendly and efficient service for all guests, from check‑in to check‑out, while supporting VIP and loyalty‑member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and cashiering duties, registering rooms according to reservations.
• Prepare VIP arrivals, amenities and daily VIP lists for loyalty members and suite‑paying guests.
• Recommend tourist attractions, respond to guest relation emails and handle feedback with first‑person recovery steps.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to manage room status and ensure privacy of guest information.
• Perform Executive Lounge and Concierge duties as needed, including preparing decorations and handling special requests.
• Monitor cash handling, credit matters and internal communication logs, adhering to SOPs and security protocols.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for Guest Services Officers and ensure daily tasks are completed.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and operational leadership abilities.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
