About the role

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee our islandwide food and retail business. The role involves managing operational performance, ensuring standards are met, and supporting the team across all locations.

Key responsibilities

Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational results
Create and implement standards and hold people accountable
Oversee business operations

Required profile

May be assigned to work night shift
Able to multi‑task and perform timely reporting
Independent and fast learner

Required skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Resolves issues and disputes
