HA Repair Qualification Project Leader

About the role

The HA Repair Qualification Project Leader is responsible for delivering HA Repair qualifications on time at GE Vernova Singapore Services (GEVSS) in Pioneer Sector, Singapore. The role covers all HA repair qualification programs, including 7HA.02 and 7HA.03.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Shop operations, AMRT and Sourcing to develop and manage detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, milestones and budgets, and coordinate activities across teams
• Facilitate project rhythm and standard work to achieve PLQ and industrialization on-time delivery
• Manage the overall industrialization schedule and drive mutual accountability between shop, AMRT and materials teams
• Provide direct day-to-day support for four 4x-piece Mini-PLQs
• Solve project risks or delays and escalate them according to standard work
• Act as the shop focal point linked to the Global HA Repair Program Team leader
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on resources, investment strategy and long-term planning
• Take part in Kaizen / AWO events and global component team activities, leading Kaizen teams as needed
• Report regularly to leadership on status, budget tracking, schedule performance and risk assessments

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in repair operations, capacity planning and CAPEX management in a manufacturing or service environment
• Desired: effective written and interpersonal communication, strong leadership and stakeholder management

Required skills

• Knowledge of GT repair methods, procedures and planning
• Project management, analytical and financial acumen
• Proficiency in relevant software such as ERP, project management tools, Smartshop and financial analysis tools
