Head of Application COE & Team Lead

About the role

The Head of Application COE and Application Team Lead will provide end‑to‑end leadership for the CRM, HSE, Risk Management and Sustainability platforms across Keppel Group and its Infra division. This senior role ensures applications are stable, secure, compliant and aligned with business and regulatory needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own availability, performance and reliability of all business applications, managing incidents, service requests and problems in line with SLAs and ITSM processes.
• Act as escalation point for major application incidents and lead root‑cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Oversee patching, upgrades, version control and end‑of‑life planning for all applications.
• Lead and develop application support and delivery teams, setting performance expectations and fostering a service‑oriented culture.
• Establish and enforce application standards, governance, change and release management to minimise operational risk.
• Ensure compliance with Keppel IT policies, cybersecurity standards and audit requirements.
• Define and maintain an application roadmap aligned with business strategy, driving rationalisation and reducing technical debt.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in application operations, governance and strategic planning within a large, multi‑entity organisation.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive performance.
• Strong stakeholder management capability, acting as the bridge between business units and IT.
• Track record of delivering stable, secure and compliant application environments.
