About the role
The Head of Enterprise Growth will lead new‑business development and expand key public and civil‑service accounts across Singapore. This senior, hunting‑focused position requires engaging C‑suite executives and closing high‑value, complex deals across multiple sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities within public and civil‑service organisations.
- Engage CEOs, CFOs, COOs and senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
- Lead the full deal lifecycle from initial conversation through proposal, negotiation and closure.
- Sell a broad portfolio of consulting, technology and talent solutions.
- Contribute to strategic bids and proposals with client‑focused solutions.
- Represent the firm at industry forums and ecosystem events to strengthen market presence.
Required profile
- 13+ years of senior enterprise sales, client development or consulting business‑development experience.
- Proven track record of closing multi‑million‑dollar deals and growing complex accounts.
- Established C‑suite relationships and credibility in Singapore’s commercial market.
- Strong business acumen and experience navigating complex transformation engagements.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
