Head of HR – Construction & Engineering

About the role

The organisation is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead its people agenda across construction and engineering businesses. This senior leadership position combines strategic HR direction with hands‑on oversight of administration, training, facilities and compliance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals, covering workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations and talent succession.
• Oversee Administration, Training & Development, Building & Facilities, and Compliance & Governance pillars, ensuring efficient office services, robust training programmes, safe workplace environments and adherence to Singapore laws.
• Partner with senior management and department heads to drive employee engagement, organisational development and risk mitigation.
• Monitor metrics, costs and risks across HR, training, facilities and compliance, providing regular insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience with broad strategic and operational exposure, including leadership and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
