Head of Workforce Planning

About the role

dnata Singapore is seeking a forward‑thinking Head of Workforce Planning to lead the end‑to‑end workforce and resource management function. You will shape workforce strategy, drive transformation and ensure the right people and equipment are in place to support safe, efficient airport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce forecasts, labour models and resource plans aligned with commercial and operational objectives.
• Oversee demand planning, resource costing and rostering for both existing and new business opportunities.
• Manage leave administration, real‑time resource allocation and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance and HR to deliver cost‑effective airport services.
• Lead and develop teams across Singapore and the offshore shared‑services centre, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in workforce planning or resource optimisation, preferably within aviation or ground handling.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable workforce strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
