Help Desk Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide end‑user compute (EUC) support for our office environment. The role involves delivering desk‑side assistance to both standard and VIP users, ensuring smooth operation of Windows workstations and related applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktops and laptops, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office 365 applications and resolve related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot SCCM client agents.
• Perform basic networking and Active Directory tasks such as account look‑ups and password resets.
• Support conference room equipment, projectors and other meeting‑room devices.
• Document all incidents and requests in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Deliver concierge‑level service to VIP users, handling requests with a customer‑centric approach.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in EUC desk‑side support.
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Proven ability to handle VIP or concierge support scenarios.
• Positive attitude and a customer‑focused mindset.

• Windows 10 & Windows 11 operating systems.
• Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• SCCM client installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking concepts.
• Active Directory user management.
