About the role

We are seeking a competent Help Desk Technician to provide fast and effective technical assistance on computer systems. You will respond to user queries, diagnose basic issues, and offer clear advice to resolve them, ensuring client satisfaction and protecting the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

Provide prompt technical support for computer systems and mobile devices.
Answer user queries and offer guidance on basic technical problems.
Diagnose and resolve issues using office automation tools, databases, and remote control utilities.
Maintain clear communication with customers to understand problems and explain solutions.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar customer support role.
Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and related tech products.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and remain patient with difficult customers.
BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Required skills

Office automation software.
Database usage.
Remote control tools for troubleshooting.
