HR Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Assistant to support daily HR operations across Singapore. The role involves recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, and general HR administration in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for day‑to‑day HR tasks and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview materials, and assist with job postings.
• Manage onboarding paperwork, orientation activities, and off‑boarding documentation.
• Assist with leave administration, attendance tracking, and payroll preparation.
• Respond to employee enquiries on HR policies and support engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
