HR Associate

About the role

The HR Associate will support Corporate IT’s talent capabilities and employee experience. Working closely with hiring managers, employees, and cross‑functional partners, you will help attract talent, strengthen workplace culture, and deliver engaging employee initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to offer.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using online platforms, market research, referrals, career fairs, and campus recruitment.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement to attract active and passive talent.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver meaningful employee experiences.
• Draft and edit internal communications such as newsletters, intranet updates, and event announcements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and produce regular recruitment and engagement reports.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements to boost operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, employee engagement, internal communications, or a related area.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and employment practices; experience in the internet or technology industry is a plus.
• Passionate about people and culture with a strong service mindset and high integrity.
• Excellent organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
