HR Coordinator – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to support day‑to‑day HR operations in our Singapore office for a 12‑month contract. The role works closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and the wider Asia HR team to ensure smooth onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll processing and employee query handling.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities, preparing necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
• Prepare and verify payroll inputs to ensure timely processing.
• Respond to employee queries and provide HR operational support.
• Assist with performance review cycles, training initiatives and regional HR projects.
• Support compliance with local employment regulations.

Required profile

• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders.
• Prior experience in HR operations or coordination preferred.
• Exposure to professional services environment advantageous.
