About the role
The Human Resources Administrative Officer will build and lead the HR function for our expanding Singapore operations. This senior role combines strategic HR planning with hands‑on administration, ensuring we attract, develop and retain top talent while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
- Establish HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
- Oversee office administration, facilities, and general services.
- Coordinate with legal advisors on employment matters and compliance.
Required profile
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience setting up HR functions in a new organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
