HR Data Analyst

About the role

Develop and enhance workforce dashboards, reporting frameworks, and HR analytics solutions to support strategic decision‑making in a multinational organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards and reporting frameworks using Power BI.
• Deliver regular and ad‑hoc analysis on workforce trends, organisational metrics and key people indicators.
• Manage HR systems data, support data uploads, resolve data issues and improve end‑to‑end data processes.
• Establish and maintain HR data quality standards, governance practices and compliance controls across multiple data sources.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll and business stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and drive data‑related initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree qualification in Business, HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analytics, HR systems, workforce reporting or data management.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Power BI – dashboard development and data visualisation.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, HR master data management and employee lifecycle processes.
