HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Fuku is hiring a full-time HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Tai Seng, Singapore. The role combines tender sourcing and coordination with recruitment and general HR and administrative support, with a monthly salary of S$2,800 to 4,000.

Key responsibilities

• Tender sourcing and coordination: find and source tender opportunities through online platforms and procurement portals, review requirements and deadlines, help prepare tender documents and quotations, and follow up on submissions and results.
• Recruitment and talent acquisition: source candidates for awarded and ongoing tender projects, post job ads, run phone interviews, shortlist candidates, submit them to clients and issue offers and employment contracts.
• HR and administrative support: maintain employee records (new hires, terminations, leave, attendance, training), assist with onboarding and offboarding, and handle day-to-day HR and admin matters.
• Billing and other duties: prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time, keep billing records, and carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, administration, recruitment or tender-related roles.
• Strong interest in tender sourcing, recruitment and business development.
• Good research, coordination and organisational skills, detail-oriented and able to manage several tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online tendering platforms and procurement portals is an advantage.

What we offer

• Monthly performance-related pay of 0 to 20% depending on individual performance.
• 2% monthly medical allowance.
• 14 days annual leave plus 14 days medical leave.
