About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day‑to‑day human resources operations for a boutique financial services firm in Singapore. You will align people strategies with business goals, fostering an inclusive and high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to off‑boarding and professional development.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, designing innovative sourcing and selection strategies.
• Serve as primary advisor on employee relations, policy creation, and ensure compliance with Singapore labour regulations.
• Drive internal engagement, wellbeing, and culture‑building initiatives.
• Analyse organisational metrics and provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of comprehensive HR generalist or managerial experience.
• Proven track record in recruitment and managing diverse employee lifecycles.
• Deep knowledge of Singapore labour laws and best practices in human capital management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
