About the role
We are seeking a dynamic People & Culture Manager to partner with our commercial teams in Singapore’s leading beer company. In this strategic HR business partner role you will shape culture, enable leadership, and deliver end‑to‑end people solutions that drive organisational growth.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle – talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and off‑boarding.
- Lead core HR cycles such as performance management, succession planning, and compensation & benefits reviews.
- Coach line managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and build high‑performing teams.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives, employer branding, and campus engagement.
- Own employee engagement and internal communications, including town‑halls and campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver learning, development, and culture programmes.
- Lead change and transformation projects, ensuring smooth HR system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, policies, and industrial relations matters.
