Human Resource and Administrative Officer

About the role

Pat Davie Pte. Ltd., a leading interior fitting‑out and building renovation company, is seeking a Human Resource and Administrative Officer to support its Singapore operations. The role combines HR functions such as recruitment, payroll and compliance with general office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements, schedule interviews and assist in recruitment processes.
• Process monthly payroll, verify attendance records and compile related reports.
• Prepare employment contracts and manage HR documentation.
• Administer compensation and benefits, including CPF, tax, leave, performance management and medical insurance.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, document filing and stationery stock.
• Assist with Contractors Registration System (CRS) and Builder’s License applications.
• Handle work permit applications for foreign workers with MOM.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of comprehensive HR and administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, Work Injury Compensation Act and related regulations.
• Familiarity with contractor registration and builder’s license processes.
• Analytical mindset with good numerical sense.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and deadline‑management abilities.
• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, with a responsible and self‑disciplined attitude.
