HR Executive (Generalist)

About the role

The HR Executive (Generalist) will manage end‑to‑end HR operations, supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. This role ensures compliance with work permit regulations and provides accurate HR administration for payroll and employee queries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑spectrum HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, confirmation and other HR administration tasks.
• Handle Work Permit applications, renewals and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and personnel documentation.
• Monitor leave, attendance and employee records in line with company policies.
• Support payroll administration by providing accurate employee information.
• Respond to employee enquiries on HR policies, procedures and employment matters.
• Prepare HR reports, letters and documentation for management review.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on HR and administrative matters.
• Assist with HR projects and ad‑hoc initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of full‑spectrum HR experience.
• Good knowledge of day‑to‑day HR operations and employment administration.
• Experience handling Work Permit applications is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
