Human Resource Executive – West Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Executive to oversee end‑to‑end HR operations for our West Singapore site. The role will support recruitment, work pass administration, payroll, employee relations and training to ensure compliance and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews and manage onboarding processes.
• Process Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass applications, renewals and cancellations in line with MOM regulations.
• Execute monthly payroll, prepare CPF and IRAS statutory submissions accurately and on time.
• Administer employee leave, medical and dental claims, maintaining up‑to‑date benefits records.
• Organise training sessions, handle course registrations and keep comprehensive training records.
• Monitor employee confirmations, contract renewals and disciplinary actions to uphold HR policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare monthly HR and headcount reports to aid management decision‑making.
• Respond to employee queries on HR policies and benefits, and support engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act and MOM regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and high level of integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with meticulous attention to detail.
