About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a private hospital in Singapore. The role will act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR policies and practices align with the organisation's goals.

Key responsibilities

Partner with business leaders on HR policies, employee relations and employment matters.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
Support performance management, grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives.
Review, update and implement HR policies and drive process improvements.
Lead HR projects that enhance employee experience within the healthcare setting.

Required profile

Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
