About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a private hospital in Singapore. The role will act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR policies and practices align with the organisation's goals.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on HR policies, employee relations and employment matters.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
- Support performance management, grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives.
- Review, update and implement HR policies and drive process improvements.
- Lead HR projects that enhance employee experience within the healthcare setting.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

- Permanent contract at Senior Executive level.
- Competitive monthly salary range SGD 4,500 – 6,000.
