Human Resources Manager – Lead HR Strategy & Operations

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions for CIP Terminal Operations, partnering with business leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive operational excellence, workforce productivity, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Provide strategic HR advice and support to department heads and managers.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding and induction.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance appraisal processes, set objectives, and implement recognition programs.
• Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, participate in salary reviews and ensure internal equity.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing and monitor HR budgets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading comprehensive HR functions in an operational environment.
• Strong partnership skills with the ability to advise senior managers on HR strategy.
• Experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession management.
• Solid knowledge of employee relations, performance management and learning & development.
• Understanding of compensation, benefits administration and payroll processes.
