Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Sensetac is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to lead HR operations and support a growing manufacturing business. You will develop policies, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with management to execute HR strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies across the organization.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment, including interviewing and hiring.
• Create and deliver training and development programs.
• Plan and coordinate performance review processes.
• Analyze compensation and benefits trends and propose competitive pay structures.
• Administer health, life insurance, and other employee benefit programs.
• Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, organizational charts, job descriptions, and compensation data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, WSH guidelines, and HR best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven HR experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with full‑cycle recruiting.
• Hands‑on experience with HRMS systems is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem‑solving abilities.
