Indirect Procurement Specialist – IT & Corporate Services

About the role

This position leads strategic sourcing and supplier management for indirect spend categories such as software, SaaS, cloud services and other technology‑related purchases. You will work closely with senior functional and business stakeholders to shape demand, develop category strategies and deliver commercially effective outcomes while ensuring governance, risk and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management across key indirect spend categories, including software, SaaS, cloud and IT services.
• Develop and execute category strategies in partnership with senior business stakeholders to drive cost optimisation and demand management.
• Conduct market analysis, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance throughout the end‑to‑end sourcing lifecycle.
• Establish commercial frameworks, consolidate suppliers and improve buying channels while ensuring governance, risk and compliance.
• Support procurement transformation initiatives such as process digitalisation, enhanced supplier governance and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement with strong expertise in Corporate Services and/or Technology categories.
• Track record of delivering category strategies, complex commercial negotiations and cost‑saving outcomes in a global or matrix organisation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use spend analysis, benchmarking and market insights to influence decisions.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management skills and ability to balance competing priorities.
